Here's a pictorial overview of the installation on 2000 to 2005 cars. Installation on 2006 and up cars is slightly different so be sure to download the correct manual (above).

Note: The wiring harness comes with the ground ring pre-attached, so if you choose to use the screw terminal block you won't need a crimp tool at all - just wire strippers and a pocket screwdriver.
