Freebies are easy modifications or accessories you can add to your S2000 for little or no money. If you're handy with tools or familiar with basic automotive wiring you should be able to handle most of these projects.

Side Marker Modules - Schematic and parts list to build your own (since I don't sell them any more).

Door Filler Panels - Template and instructions to block off the window motor access hole

Garage Door Opener Mod - Just 'flash to pass' to open or close the garage door

Convertible Top Bypass - Allows you to raise or lower the convertible top while moving.

AC Compressor Reprogram - 2002 and up cars force the AC ON when air is directed to the windshield. This simple mod fixes it.

Security LED Blinker - Blinks the OEM security LED in 2006 and newer cars when the ignition is turned off.

Easiest installation ever - this custom Plug-n-Play harness connects into the head unit, the car's stereo harness, and our DCI (Dash Control Interface) to simplify installation of an Alpine head unit and DCI. This harness greatly reduces installation time and there are no worries about making the right wire connections.

Note - DCI (sold separately) is needed to convert S2000 dash control signals into head unit commands
Can be used without a DCI for a "no splice" installation of your new Alpine head unit
Includes an "amp turn-on" lead (lt. blue/white) for use with an external amplifier and a yellow/blue wire for those head units that need a parking brake connection
Compatible with Alpine's KTP-445 amplifier (not the "U" version), see the picture above for details. (4 x 45W mode only, will not work in bridged mode)
This harness does not have wires for special applications such as "neutral" or "reverse light" inputs.

If you want to make use of the SCV (Speed Controlled Volume) feature of the DCI you will need to buy the optional SCV wiring kit .(SCV Details here). This kit consists of a pre-terminated wire that plugs into the DCI connector, and then the other end is run behind the passenger dash to T-tap the vehicle speed signal. No special tools are needed and all parts and connectors are included. Detailed instructions with photos are included in the SCV Wiring Kit.

Only works on DCIs with a 6-pin connector (2012 or later).
