Shipping Policy    Warranty Information    Returns

If you have a Modifry Product that needs repair and is outside the warranty period please contact us for information on how to proceed.  Usually we will ask you to return the item to us for a free evaluation.  If the product is repairable we will let you know the cost and an estimated time to complete the repair.  Once we receive your payment we will effect the repair and ship the item to you, usually via Priority Mail.  The cost of shipping the item back to you is included in the repair price.

To make it easy for customers to pay for repair services I have set up the shopping cart for some typical repair costs.  If we quote you a repair price you can select from the list below and process your payment using the shopping cart, which allows you to pay with a major Credit Card or PayPal account.

Note - Be sure to select "None" as the shipping method in the shopping cart or it will try to charge you shipping.

Need to exchange a product? - Contact us first for instructions, but we can usually exchange items that have not been installed if you return the original and pay for shipping the new item back to you.  To process the payment for the shipping charges, add the appropriate item below to the shopping cart and process as a regular order.  Note - the EXCHANGE ITEM will have a price of $0.00, you will only pay for shipping per the method you select.
